A mix of all the varieties we grow. There is a delightful mix of colours and textures that will please both your eye and your palate. These are mostly looseleaf varieties, which are perfect for harvesting the outer leaves for salads, and letting the rest regrow. For earliest harvests, start inside in early spring, and transplant out when the plants are 1-2” tall, in fertile soil, about 1’ apart. Minimum 150 seeds/ packet.
