Cucumber, Early Fortune

from CA$4.50

We’ve come to love this all purpose heirloom variety over the last few years. Early, productive, equally good as a pickler and and a slicer when grown to its full size, about seven inches long and two inches wide. We like to grow it trellised in our greenhouse, but it grows well sprawling in the field too. Start inside 2-3 weeks before setting out in warm weather. Protect from weather extremes until plants are settled in.
