A very heavy yielding storage onion developed by Dr. Alan Kapuler. Averages about 1/2lb, and keeps for months. Really great, strong flavour and the perfect cooking onion through the winter months.
Start early Spring inside in flats or plugs and transplant outside into fertile, well-amended soil. Keep moist, then let dry down naturally in August. Store cool and dry. Minimum 100 seeds/packet.
